About Janet Stones Counselling
I am a CBT Therapist and Integrative counsellor suitable for a wide range of issues. I work at the Natural Therapy Centre in Belmont and at TRACS in Ludlow.BACP Accredited member and UKRCP (united Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists)This is a fusion of two main types of counselling, Person Centred and Psychodynamic.
I start from the premise that we all want to achieve our full potential, e.g. a rose with the right condition (sunshine, fertile soil etc) will grow and blossom, but a rose growing in poor soil and lacking in sunlight will try and grow and be the best it can be in those conditions.
Life’s journey is difficult! With many hurdles, but with counselling to help us overcome these difficulties, we look at the causes to enable us to find our own solutions.
